Delivery estimates begin once your order is dispatched, which typically happens within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Made-to-order or unstitched items requiring custom cutting may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders nationwide. Orders totaling Rs. 5,000 or more (after any discounts) qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a courier tracking number via email and SMS. You can also check your order status anytime from Track Order or your account order history if you're logged in.

Coverage Area

We currently deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide with no extra surcharge. Bank transfer is also accepted for customers who prefer to pay in advance.
