What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer nationwide. Credit/debit card payments are coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? +
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery everywhere in Pakistan? +
Yes, COD is available nationwide at no extra charge.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
Major cities typically receive orders within 2–4 business days, while other cities and remote areas may take 4–10 business days. See our Shipping Info page for full details.
How can I track my order? +
Use the Track Order page with your order number and email, or check your order history if you're logged into your account.
Is shipping free? +
Orders above our free shipping threshold qualify automatically at checkout. Smaller orders carry a flat shipping fee, shown clearly before you pay.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? +
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
How do I exchange an item for a different size? +
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us with your order number to start an exchange.
How long do refunds take? +
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Are the fabric colors exactly as shown online? +
We try our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography.
Will I be notified when an out-of-stock item is back? +
Yes — on any sold-out product page, enter your email in the "Notify Me" box and we'll email you the moment it's restocked.

Do I need an account to place an order? +
No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and build a wishlist.
